I don't think "Create a language -- create a world" or
"Your world - your language -  your rules," are really
good representations because first of all they aren't
funny and also, not everyone creates a conculture.  I
don't create a "world."
I think "Sick of English?  Create your own language!"
or something along those lines is funnier and works
better for the majority.
