Germanic YANC alert!

Typical, is it not? I am right in the middle of HTML-ing Arvorec and another flash of
Conlanging inspiration hits me.

This YANC is, as the subject header suggests, a Germanic one. I'm going to derive
it from Old Saxon, much like Adelisz, but with more admixture from Old Frisian,
Old Norse and Old English, and a bit of Romany thrown in for good measure. I
want to keep a OE orthography thing going, but I am drawn to j, and k. Oh well,
let's see.

I also want to retain the dual pronouns- but maybe confine them to the literary
language or Old <whatever I eventually decide to call the language>; I want to
develop it first as a Mediaeval language and then develop that into a modern
language.

Since the only other Germanic Conlang on the list is Jameld AFAIK, I want to ask the
estimable Mr Campbell a few questions:
What does "t~s" mean, and where do you derive it from?
Do you have anything digital on Jameld grammar you would let us look at, please?
What do the umlaut on the letters mean?
Actually, would it be possible to have a quick Jameld pronunciation lesson, please?
