Don't forget that parts of the Private Use Area are set aside for
vendor-specific things. For example, Linux uses F810-F813 for keyboard
symbols and F8D0-F8FF for Klingon. You might want to take a look at the
ConScript Unicode Registry <http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/>
before assigning code points.
