First Sentence in Piktok

Added the start of the next section describing my new
pictographic conlang work in progress Piktok.

Included are:

some glyph design standards,

an introduction to the Piktok phonetic spelling glyphs
(for proper names and foreign words),

and the first 6 glyphs in the vocabulary along with a
sentence that uses them.
