One suggestion, though. In Vietnamese, many diacritics are often combined. In
this system, when a circumflex and acute are combined, they are not stacked.
The circumflex is moved a bit (about one quarter width) to the left. The acute
is moved to the right and down. The base of the acute is about half way up the
right edge of the circumflex, and roughly over the right corner of the
circumflex. So, the acute is a little higher, but to the right of the
circumflex. This prevents characters stacked so high they go into the line of
text above. (This combination can be combined with the dieresis or tilde.)
