Well, it is absolutely most definitely NOT Indonesian or Turkish. Neither
of those langs includes n-tilde. The word amok (spelled with a "k" not a
"c") *is* Indonesian. Des could be French. I'm guessing that it's a number
of languages mixed together. Does anyone here read Albanian. I don't but I
have a sneaking suspicion that a couple of the words might be from that
lang. Anybody else recognize a word or two?

I've looked at Albanian on an off for a long time, and none of the words seem at
all Albanian to me. And besides, Albanian doesn't use the n-tilde either, it
used a diagraph: nj
