Ditto here. I've always been able to write with ease in my Géarthnuns
script. Reading short sentences became easier over time, but when confronted
with an entire paragraph or page of Géarthnuns text, I'd have to roll up my
sleeves and plow through it. For me, it was the inability to see and
recognize words as visual units, so I was always having to slow down and
sound out the words like a first grader. Too, my lack of fluency often
prevented me from being able to predict what was coming up as I read (other
than waiting for the verb at the end). It's becoming infinitely better with
practice and greater fluency in the language, but there's still a way to go.
