I believe latchstring is supposed to be the longest in English with only 6
consonants in a row. But its only /t_Sstr/ and spread over two syllables
while strengths has 5 orthographic consonants and is pronounced /striNkTs/
(in my dialect) also four consonants, but all piled on the end of one
syllable.

So lift the cup of joy and take a big drink.
In spite of it all it's a beautiful world.
