TinkerFont progress report

I finally worked out a simpler way to do the
TinkerFont idea.  It's not quite as elegant as it
might be, but I think it's very do-able and a step in
the right direction.  Plus I think I could have it be
both a universal font for displaying any characters
you invent on your web site, and also a tool for
creating an actual custom True Type font for your
conlang's alphabet or syllabary.
