Still never heard of it! Is this American English? I'd just say "a little old grey-haired lady" or something similar. Incidentally, to return to conlangs: Omina has a word "lambasu" meaning literally 'youngbeard' which specifically refers to certain humans that the Auleri have had contact with. It was used to describe people who were 'old before their time, joyless' since Auleri men begin to age rapidly only towards the end of their lives, and did not grow beards until those times in their lives.
