The name "A blue hair" refers to a woman of advanced age with completely white hair.
A few citations:
<http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=blue%20hair>
An old person who's white hair appears blue. Usually it is the only thing you can
see over the steering wheel of the car they are driving.

You can be little, and you can be old, but that doesn't mean you have to be a little old lady.
We've all seen her. She's hunched forward, her blue hair is tucked neatly under a
plastic rain bonnet, she's clutching expired coupons, and she's discussing her
latest health problems over lunch. She's a little old lady . . . and she's
coming your way at 2 m.p.h.

Clarification on "raven". The adjective "raven-haired" is applied to any black haired
person, usually a woman, while the noun "A raven" is applied only to goth and
punk females with black hair.
