As longer as I know thus how NGL (New Generation Language) begun. Until
recently, NGL was dicussed in CONLANG, and in a news group:
alt.language.artificial.ngl
Now discutions on NGL has moved in it own list: ngl@sodit.zereau.com

CONLANG posting there, but I don't know if it begun as a grupal project.
