   One thing I've found useful is to start a vocabulay with the basest
words in any language: numerals, family members, body parts and very simple
verbs or concepts (i.e., to be, to have, to sit, to mate, etc.). Of course,
what parts of speech apply to a language is only how you want them to.

   If you are considering having an organic vocabulary, you make want to
make derivational rules before you just go and use any words for your new
vocabulary.
