Thank you all for pointing this out. I've never heard of this
law before, but it makes sense from an objective point of view.
While I don't consider my analogy to be totally untruthful, I
realize that posting it in a debate is indeed inappropriate,
uncivilized and exaggerated, not to mention very nutritious to
trolls.
I'd like to apologize to the list for this childish behavior.
My previous experiences with trolls have been thankfully few.

Thanx for the edifying information. I shall try to face
such situations with the necessary cool-headedness from
now on. =P

I'm not sure what <WEG> officially means, but as a reader of
userfriendly.org, am thinkink it could be "wery evil grin". ;-)

Well, it's not just the language, it's the *speakers* of
Navajo that were used, probably not all of them voluntarily.

PS: The "valiant swordsman" at Ms Gunn's side, Mr. MagRáighne,
has replied to my message in a very civilized tone,
diplomatically acknowledging that what little he has seen of
conlanging indeed appears harmless to him.
Although I now realize he could be a character written by a troll
in an elaborate ploy to bolster the credibility of his other
character, Ms Gunn, I'm inclined to believe in his (and Ms
Gunn's) existence as real persons, especially since it appears
to be Mr. MagRáighne's first priority that "the swords be
sheathed", which would be adverse to a troll's goals.
