In my lang you would transliterate the city's name
(and there are some liberties in transliterationin
Kayasanoda), suffix "kaya" for "human" and then "-da"
for singular nominative ("-de" is the plural).
So, I'm from Bloomington. I am either a
Maluminitonikayada or a Dluminitonikayada, depending
on your transliteration preference.
