Simplest thing I can think of is make your own in Access or the database
tool of your choice. then you can design reports to your heart's
content--searching for this and that, combined with this or that, and
such. if you've already started a spreadsheet, you can probably import it
in some way. Filling in any table is a pain but worth it as it builds and
builds and becomes more and more valuable--to you, and for having material
you can easily share with others.
