I recognized the surname "Hythloday" from St Thomas More's _Utopia_.
"hythlos" is "fun, buffoonery" according to my pocket Langenscheidt;
"mefato" could be parsed as something like "no-speech" or "no-words".
So, "Nobody Silliness", describing the phonology of "Nolanguage"?
