You betcha. The _Book of Confessions_ begins with the Nicene Creed, which
affirms the general resurrection but is silent on the point, but it is
immediately followed by the Apostles' Creed[*], which affirms the resurrection
of the body. Many other confessions and catechisms adopted as part of the
_Book of Confessions_ by the PCUSA also affirm it and denounce those who
do not believe it.
There is nothing inconsistent, however, in believing that the resurrection
body is a "spiritual body", and it is said in several places to be
"conformable with Christ's glorious body. This does not deny its
physicality, but enhances it.
[*]The Apostle's Creed is considered orthodox by the Orthodox churches,
though they do not use it liturgically.
