Is anyone here currently nót building a conlang? :-)
Well, in my case you might say "rebuilding" a conlang ... I've been
doing some experiments with different revisions of Minza (unoriginally
named Minza B, Minza C, and Minza D). I'm thinking that, as with
building a bridge (the name Minza comes from a Tirelat word meaning
"bridge"), some of the structures I've been building won't end up
finally as part of the finished work, but are useful in the building
process.

I don't know; the last time I was involved in anything like that was
Jeffrey Henning's Dublex project, which was quite a while ago. There
have been some collaborative projects that have sounded interesting, but
beyond my area of expertise (e.g. Slavic-based conlangs). In any case, I
have more than enough things to keep me busy (e.g., microtonal music,
Nintendo games), and haven't had much time to keep up with even my own
languages, so it's not likely I'd be able to contribute much.
