It's "Zamenhof" :) . And the Zamenhofian description of sounds of Esperanto often gives way to interpretation. For instance, the "r" has indeed to be trilled, but Zamenhof didn't tell exactly where. So any trilled "r" (apical, dental, uvular) is acceptable, as long as it stays trilled, and doesn't become flapped, approximant or fricative (well, not completely true, the flap "r" is accepted, but then it has to be always a flap, theoretically letters must have only one phonetic value - impossible I know -).And it's true that you mustn't insert anything (not even a schwa) in consonnant clusters, which is sometimes difficult.
