That should be Swedish public libraries, shouldn't it? Public Swedish libraries sounds like public libraries (where ever they may be located) that specialize in/ handle exclusively materials published in the Swedish language. You don't really have seperate public libraries for Swedish/Finnish/Lappish/Norwegian speaking patrons do you? Swedish public libraries would mean public libraries located in Sweden no matter what the publication language of their materials. Are other languages as silly about the ordering of adjectives as English? Adam
