That works for me, too.  But when I save it locally or on my web
server (Apache, which is giving the same HTTP headers as yours except
for the extra "if you can read this you're too geeky" one), it doesn't
work.

Even when I save it with a .php suffix and link to all of your
stylesheets, it still doesn't work here even though it works there.
I find it all very confusing.
