That would be me :)
It means, more or less, "to travel, to go, to journey"; it's appeared twice
on this list -- it's also in that poem I wrote a few months ago in
California:

   ...
*  V=EBano s=EFrvo seld=EBahy=EBr=E4n, v=EBanen tana'vrindor?
   Kalden=EF!  =CBven=EF!  Tarvene h=EBven=EF!
   Nandarim ayarin fellanad bindor.
   ...

Translation (very approximately):

  "Whence sails this ghost fleet?  Whither must it away?
   To mountains!  To seas!  To desert lands!
   Never-ending is its vital errand, amid the winds of the world."
