The verbs themselves are plain indicative. At least in English.
You're certainly welcome to make your own conlang differently. I
would tend to look on these as "phrasal moods" (moods of the whole
phrase, rather than just of the verb). While clearly Bob loves
Alice, there is a condition to that love.
To my knowledge, there are no particular technical terms for
this as I think it would be too hard to quantify. How would
you subdivide "sorta", "kinda", "sorta almost", and a whole
host of other vacilative adverbs. Actually, "vacilative"
might not be a bad name for this phrasal mood, on account of
the wishywashy nature of the whole business.
