What about "that's the place to where I want to go"? Sounds awckward, but I'm nearly sure you could find one or two prescriptivist grammars saying that it's the only correct form :)) (unless they would use "whither" of course :)) ). Note that I've been taught to say "that's where I want to go" without "to" at the end.
