I wear them to work :) (I work at my university, and they dont really care
what you wear as long as you arent naked, and dont smell :)). The weather
here has been too nice to wear shoes and socks lately (even though i
generally hate going barefoot).
These shoes are also known as "thongs" (with a /T/) or "flip-flops" (after
the sound they make when you walk in them)
