The best of all possible sources.

Somewhere out there there's a reasonably detailed reference grammer of BI, though I can no longer find my copy and don't recall how extensively it dealt with redup. (probably followed the official line, anyway). I also recall seeing the title of at least one PhD diss. on the subject (I think by one Joan Rosen 1970s?), and there may be others. You might also want to get hold of a good dictionary (Echols and Shadily is bilingual, Poerwadarminta's Kamus Umum is all-indonesian and huge) and read through it to cull out redup. forms to check with your informants. But I'm willing to bet they will be able to redup. almost anything ;-))))))
