We discussed this a while back..... for those who read Spanish, there is a nice series of posts appearing on Ideolengua (yahoo group) by "Davius Sanctex" (David Sanchez). Three so far, one more to come. No links and few references (one could ask him), but it seems a nice digest of what is known. If there should be great demand, I'll try to translate the relevant portions........
