it's a little funny to pronounce... ends up sounding like 'explain'.

the 'lab' part would refer to its roots in creation, not where it actually
is at the moment. As i think was noted elsewhere, the term artlang isn't
precisely limited to languages that are works of art, the term is a little
expanded beyond that. As far as pronouncability, aesthetics, and consistency
with the other terms (three-letter prefix to -lang), this one is the best so
far.

that sounds like another good suggestion for a general name here, because
'philisophical' kind of refers to what type of languages these all are.

oh, i never made the connection with art->artificial, i always assumed it
referred to art (as opposed to aux(iliary)).
