Veldan seems to be well enough developed for this:
king regas
queen regis
bishop syero`s ("priest")
knight sequosoplos ("horse-soldier")
rook os ("castle" or "fortress")
pawn soplos ("soldier")
capture ce:pa- ("take")
check Ti:ro i regan. ("Guard the king.")
checkmate Ethat regas. ("The king has died.")
castle oswo- [1]
en passant eint uxi:ve ("a going beside (something)")
[1] os + verb-former that denotes motion (among other things)
