The list is conlang@listserv.brown.edu. Conlang@yahoogroups.com subscribes to conlang@listserv.brown.edu and forwards messages from conlang@listserv.brown.edu to subscribers to conlang@yahoogroups.com. Hence nobody can post from Yahoo, and 99% of Conlang subscribers won't be able to take part in the poll you set up. With regard to the phrasing of your question, btw, an engelang is not necessarily a language engineered for a particular function, use or experiment. It is a language engineered according to relatively explicit design goals in objectively assessable ways. This can be quite independent of the function, use or experimental purpose, if any, of the engelang. --And.
