The list is conlang@listserv.brown.edu. Conlang@yahoogroups.com
subscribes to conlang@listserv.brown.edu and forwards messages
from conlang@listserv.brown.edu to subscribers to conlang@yahoogroups.com.
Hence nobody can post from Yahoo, and 99% of Conlang subscribers
won't be able to take part in the poll you set up.
With regard to the phrasing of your question, btw, an engelang is not
necessarily a language engineered for a particular function, use or
experiment. It is a language engineered according to relatively
explicit design goals in objectively assessable ways. This can be
quite independent of the function, use or experimental purpose, if
any, of the engelang.
