Well, I have 128 megs and I devote half of them to Windows, so that makes
it reasonably snappy.

I downloaded it. Size is kind of meaningless in IE-based browsers, since
all IE is, is a thin shell over a bunch of DLLs that are typically part of
Windows anyway (though upgrading IE will upgrade them). You can see
this by using IE to browse a directory on your local system such as
C:\Program Files; it will show you exactly what your version of Windows
Explorer would show (a warning page on 2K or XP, a regular display of
icons or file names, according to configuration, on earlier Windows versions).

You don't need to have Mozilla installed to run Phoenix; on the contrary,
Phoenix is a much smaller download and shrinking with every release as
un-needed code is removed.

To say that Bilbo's breath was taken away is no description at all. There
are no words left to express his staggerment, since Men changed the language
that they learned of elves in the days when all the world was wonderful.
