Really? That's not what I've understood from the page about Phoenix I've read.
It seemed very clear to me that you couldn't install it without Mozilla being
on the system already. Another reason then for me not trying to use it: their
page must be extremely confusing if they made me understand the contrary of
what they meant. I wouldn't know how to install it (and I've managed to install
TeX4ht without problems, which means that I'm not completely a newbie at
that ;))) ).
