Well, Coptic is written mostly with Greek or Greek-like characters.
Only a few are directly from Demotic. But Demotic also gave rise to
all the other Levantic scripts, including Greek.
Mandombe looks ideal for pottery, BTW. I'd love to have a pot with
some Mandombe writing on it, for sure, except if it's a curse over
western tourists, possibly...
