A discussion I had with a friend some months ago suggested that local
terminals share a mainframe. They support a graphical display like a
guix. This is all magic to me so you will have to figure out what I
mean for yourselves.
The general feeling for participants in Ill Bethisad is work at the
level of technology you are comfortable at. They may be developing
technology in different directions to *here*. It is most unlikely that
they are ahead of us in anything, though.
