Ah, miffin tins and cookie sheets. Muffin tins are used for baking muffins only. Cookie sheets are used for making cookies, biscuits (and if one were so inclined) scones. Bread is baked in a loaf pan. And corn bread is properly baked in an iron skillet. I never heard of "frybread" before. Adam -- speaker of Texan
