Well, I've often found it curious that so many of the people around
Han China's borders made character scripts of their own, without
borrowing much more than the form of brush-strokes - Tangut, Jurchen,
and a few more I can remember just now. Oh, and the character script I
devised when I had just started learning Chinese. Can't even remember
the name now...
