Yes, the LOTEP system has a few problems, but it works. Many of the numbers depend on your language type: Piktok is more abstract, with more Oriental-like shapes (i.e. more loops, more odd connections). My glyphs are representative, so they have a lot fewer loops and, strangely, odd connections. Almost half of my glyphs begin are 00 (something).
