What "plan to create"? The principles and main glyphs of C-IPA are all
ready. It's just that the details *needn't* be filled, seen the productive
system used by C-IPA :)) .

Not really bugs, but it's just based on different principles than my C-IPA,
and thus doesn't really compete with it :)) .
