I guess there are numerous ways it could go. /dZs/ -> [tSs] ->[tS] /dZs/ -> [dZz] -> [dZ] (or possible [dZz=) I can't really see a final [tSs] lasting for very long.

I can't see that's a problem, as it would be an allophone of [dZ].
