Yes, it does provide diacrtics for doing this if a 'narrow' transcription is required. The diacritics for 'retracted' and 'advanced' are put beneath the vowel symbol; they are: | | --| "advanced togue root" and |-- "retracted" | | Ray. ====================== XRICTOC ANECTH ======================
