You know, I don't know if Snoop is saying he invented this, but he didn't.
I recall
hearing it for the first time way back in 96, I think, not from Snoop, but
from this
other rap group.   They had one popular song, they were all young (like 18),
and
they were never heard from again.   Nevertheless, they have a section in the
middle
that has the "-izz" infix for every word at the end of the line.   Maybe
somebody can
find the group since I remember some of the lyrics...

Something something pizzark (park)
Had to get home before dizzark (dark)

I guess that's not that much.   Was the song "Aiisha"...?   (Don't know about
the spelling
of that.)   I'll look into to it after my ASL class.
