Well, personally I would suggest: "ves'/kes" or "ves' ... kes". The latter is
how would do it.

I don't see any problem in assigning three different functions to the
apostrophe. But if you don't like it that way, you could theoretically handle
it differently in your conscript by using a special character, or even a letter
for one or more of them.
