I don't think there's really much chance of Latin of any variety becoming
the EU interlang, so the question is probably academic. If it was likely
to cause problems for the Orthodox, I suspect in this day & age even the
Vatican would not wish it. I guess we'll muddle along - maybe Europanto
will find a niche for itself ;-)
