it's very gratifying to read a message like this one from a fellow conlanger=20
(i really mean it). i'm redoing my pages because some argument i had with=20
Joshuah made me realise something important about tunu's "preverbs". these=20
preverbs are part of the collection of all the integrators i could find in=20
the languages i know (Charles knows them - he thinks they "reify" too much=20
;-). that is to say, they are a kind of list of all -ator, -ance, -ity,=20
-ness, etc., plus a breaking-down of voices and cases according to semantic=20
variations most used in these languages (i believe grammemes belong to 50=20
such aspectivised categories or so - this makes that list look very=20
"childish"). but now i realise they are symbols only, which makes me ashamed=20
because it's all i could find after 10 years of bungling. this makes me=20
wonder whether i should keep tunu alive. i've designed another conlang=20
yesterday that is modelled on the "active" pattern and doesn't feature these=20
preverbs. and i think it might be a safer personal language. a more serious=20
issue : do you want to listen to tunuan music ? i could send you a 1 mn-long=20
wav. file. i'm sure you've never heard anything like that before : some much=20
more interesting stuff than preverbs :-)
