No one really knows exactly what it's for. Some think it helps block
the nasal passage when swallowing, but myself, for instance, sometimes
it doesn't help :).
Anyway, revising my example based off of what Henrik said, then
there's not much recourse either. You'd get:
Henhik /hen'hik/
Hengik /he'Nik/
Henik /he'nik/
Hegik /he'gik/
Henggik /heN'gik/
The latter is probably the most likely
