Almost right: [an'dre:as 'ju:ansOn] with front a's.
My /r/ is retroflex. There appears to be some disagreement whether that's the
standard pronunciation. I do not much care how you pronounce the rhotic, as
long as i) it's present in some form, ii) it isn't [w].

Why the accent shift to "son" in the second form?
