The way you have WRITTEN it (See the man) it can only mean "Have a
look...." In order for it to mean "Behold, here..." you need a comma
after "see" just as you wrote after "behold."
There would also be a difference in the accenting of the words, when
spoken, that would distinguish the two meanings.
