Hmm, I downloaded the beginning of said song to hear that clip: it's definitely Japanese... I can make out bits of it: I'm hearing "kore kara minna de mechakucha odotte (something)" Which means, as stupid as this sounds, something like "So, everyone dance incoherently/in a confused manner". I don't know, but it kind of makes sense in relation to the song :P Imperative

Just out of interest, mechakucha is another one of those nice Japanese onomatopoeic words that pepper the language. Can anyone else help with deciphering the last word in the Japanese dialogue, because I've been listening to it for a while since I sent my message and it's not making much sense. Imperative
