You should've asked this to the westasian conlang list; generate some
traffic.
The "h" is the voiceless, pharyngeal fricative [H] (though that's probably
not the correct SAMPA). It's the dotless "jiim", if you know the alphabet.
It's related to the word for "milk", and so forth. Interesting...
